The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 2021 and Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Final Rules of November 2020 included several transparency requirements for health plans. Some of these requirements are already in effect for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2022, while others have been deferred.
