Interested in Learning More About the Family Glitch Proposed Rule?

The Biden administration released a proposed rule last week to fix the ACA's family glitch. The Department of Treasury is using the proposed rule to revise the definition of "affordability" of employer-sponsored coverage as it applies specifically to family members of the employee. If finalized, this regulation would go into effect on January 1, 2023.

During this webinar, members of NAHU's Compliance Corner Committee will review the proposed rule in detail, analyzing precisely what the regulation would do if finalized, what to expect in the near future, potential legal challenges and more.
