Now available: Single application entry for multiple policies

Now advisors and clients will experience a faster multi-policy application process with the Horizon Experience. 

 

What is happening?

We are introducing a new platform feature, Single Application Entry for Multiple Policies. Advisors no longer need to spend time duplicating the same information across more than one policy. With a single application, up to three policies can be applied for and completed at the same time.

 

Why is it happening?

This feature will allow advisors to save time and streamlines the customer experience for those applying for more than one policy.

 

When is it happening?

Saturday, April 9th

 

Who does it impact?

This change will affect advisors and their clients.

 

How does it work?

1. At the time of submission, select the Add Policy option, on the Policy Information screen. You can bundle up to three!

2. Once all policies have been added, you'll see additional policy numbers appear under the Application Reference number. The Application Reference number represents the 'parent' number allowing up to three policies for a single application. When searching for an application, you can use either number to find it.

3. If using the Advisor-Assisted Application journey you will see the multi-policy details throughout the process and will only need to repeat the 'Your Policy' details.

 

4. The Offer, Pay, Issue process is unique for each policy, so you will need to send them individually and your customer will need to accept, pay, and finalize each too.
