Medicare Supplement Rate Adjustments
Rates will be adjusted in Pennsylvania and Virginia on April 1, 2022.
Effective April 1, 2022, premium rates will be adjusted in Pennsylvania and Virginia - click here for the updated Rate Chart. Premium rates are guaranteed for the first year a policy is in force. Letters to existing policy holders whose policies have been in force for more than one year will be mailed from our office and will explain that rate increases will take effect after the required notification period has been met.
All New Business applications signed and dated before or on the day prior to effective dates should use the current premiums. Applications signed and dated on or after April 1, 2022 must use the new premium rates.
You may download the new Outline of Coverage located in the "Product Forms" section of our Agent Portal on April 1, 2022.

Discontinuation of Medicare Supplement product in state of Nevada
As of March 5, 2022, NGL will no longer offer our Medicare Supplement product in the state of Nevada. Any agents who are currently appointed in Nevada will have their state appointment terminated on March 5, 2022.
