Elyse has worked in the insurance industry since 2006, when she joined the URL family to help with the Health Plan Options and never left! In her time at URL, she has moved between the individual and group health markets, and obtained her insurance license for Health & Accident. Elyse was promoted to Group Health Manager in 2017, specializing in helping agents with their daily needs, resolving escalated issues, and supporting our agent partners with strategies and best practices.

Elyse's hobbies include spending time with her husband, babies, animals, and family.

Matt Kuntz
Regional Broker Manager

Matt started his career in the group benefits space in 2008 as a Life Experience Hire with Assurant Employee Benefits in the Philadelphia Office after spending five plus years in direct selling of transportation services for small and mid-sized businesses throughout the region. When Assurant Employee Benefits expanded its product portfolio to include supplemental health benefits, Matt was up for the challenge of learning a new space within the market and transitioned to the Worksite Sales Team supporting the Philadelphia and Maryland/DC offices.

In 2016 an opportunity to jump into the large case voluntary market brought Matt to Chubb Workplace Benefits. While at Chubb his focus was on working with brokers and enrollment partners throughout PA, NJ, DE and MD for employer groups in the 500+ employee market. Having always wanting to further his career into leadership, Matt accepted his current role in April of 2020 at Colonial Life as the Regional Broker Manager supporting the E.PA/NJ/DE, MD and Southern New England Territories.

In Matt’s role he leads the broker centric sales teams for Colonial Life in the development, strategy and expansion of Colonial Life’s footprint within his markets.
