Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefits
Attention Valued Partner,
Helping our members live better, healthier lives is always our topmost priority. With this in mind, we wanted to share a quick reminder about how members can access a key benefit that can make a big difference, our Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit. This benefit gives members $10 - $550 per benefit period of OTC items from a plan-approved list of products (benefit coverage varies by plan).
Members in plans with the OTC benefits can order covered products by mail order (phone or online) or in-store. When shopping from the catalog, items are shipped to members’ homes at no additional cost.
Key Highlights:
- Benefit dollars are reset at the beginning of each benefit period. Any unused benefit dollars at the end of each period will NOT rollover to the next period.
- Mail orders placed over the phone or online are limited to three (3) per quarter. Mail orders are always delivered with free shipping from our OTC vendors!
- At InComm and CVS retailers, members may make an unlimited number of in-store purchases at participating retail locations.
