Highmark Senior Markets has been fielding a number of inquiries about member ID cards and the timing of their distribution and receipt. ID cards are estimated to mail in bulk based on the following schedule.
Enrollments completed through the date listed will be mailed by the dates below. For those received after the date listed below, cards will be mailed as applications are approved.

- Only new plans and existing plans that experienced changes will have ID cards mailed in bulk
- Cards for plans not listed above are only mailed if it's for a new member, in which case their ID card will be mailed as their enrollments are completed
- Due to unforeseen shipping delays, they may not be received in the typical timeframe
If you receive questions about ID cards from members, you can tell them they can always access their account online to print an ID card should the need arise prior to receiving their cards in the mail.
