Plan Year 2022 Low Income Subsidy (LIS) Amounts

 

Eligible beneficiaries who qualify for the Extra Help program get assistance in paying for their Part D monthly premium. The amount of the subsidy depends on the individual’s income compared to the Federal Poverty Level. Attached are the reduced premium amounts for each subsidy level for the 2022 plan year.

BlueCard Program

 

As a reminder, PPO members have access to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association Visitor and Travel Program, when traveling outside of our 21 county service area. Members can find providers at bcbs.com or by calling Member Services at the telephone number on their member ID card.
