• The commission rates are for individual business sold or renewed during the 2022 calendar year period.
• All commission payments are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in your Producer Agreement with UPMC Health Plan. In the event of a conflict between this communication and your Producer Agreement, the Producer Agreement will control.
