To help ensure a better, more seamless experience for you and your clients, we want to remind you of the many self-serve options available to you and our policyholders on our website, and via our automated phone system.
Based on your feedback, North American is excited to announce that we have made some enhancements to our eDelivery with DocuSign process! The following updates will be effective for all policies issued via the eDelivery with DocuSign process on September 27, 2021, and after.
Agents will no longer sign the amendment as a witness in eDelivery policy packets. This update was made to make the process more accurate since in many scenarios the agent may not actually be with the client witnessing them electronically sign the delivery documents.
In addition to the status on the Paperless Pending Report, an automatic email will now be sent to the agency contact on the case when the client completes their portion of the eDelivery process. Once this alert is received, please allow 1-2 business days for New Business to review and process the delivery documents.
Enhanced index crediting information on our website
We are pleased to share details of a website enhancement that will provide better index crediting information for indexed universal life insurance products for servicing agents and their customers.
