On August 23, Pennie launched its Periodic Data Matching (PDM) process and those customers who had a resulting data matching issue (DMI) received a notice indicating they had a discrepancy they needed to resolve. Pennie became aware of an issue that caused these customers to receive a second notice indicating they would lose their financial assistance effective September 1. This notice was sent in error and no adverse action will be taken at that time.

However, customers still must submit the documentation as indicated on the “Warning” notice they received by September 23 to maintain access to financial assistance. Those who fail to do so will lose access to financial assistance effective October 1.
