Improvements to Your Enrollment Solution (YES) are coming soon
YES is a streamlined online process for handling non-Large group enrollment and termination. We’ll be moving the process in-house later this month, enhancing the support and our creative improvement potential.
Here are some key dates and requirements you need to be aware of during this transition:
New group processing that started in YES prior to September 28 will need to be completed electronically by September 28, including group sign off.
New group processing initiated but not completed before September 28 will need to have electronically submitted documents extracted. A “wet” signature will be required from the group.
New group onboarding started after September 28 will use the new system to complete the processing.
These upgrades will result in improved registration processes for new groups and will allow us to offer increased functionality in the future.
YES is available to producers using the Salesforce Partner Community. If you do not have access, reach out to your preferred agency to get started. If you encounter technical issues while using YES, submit a ticket for assistance.
Stop Loss Incentive+ Producer Reward Program
The Stop Loss Incentive+ Program rewards you for your Large group Avalon stop loss sales and renewals. Producers can qualify for added incentives when combining new stop loss sales with life, disability, critical illness, or GeoBlue®sales through Consolidated Benefits, Inc. (CBI).
Qualifying producers who get growth metrics in Stop Loss Incentive and Stop Loss Incentive+ lines of business through CBI can get rewards through the program.
The program runs through January 31, 2022, that means there's still time to earn up to $125,000 in incentive payments.

Capital Blue Cross and WellSpan Health Medicare Advantage plans
Capital Blue Cross and WellSpan Health are working together on initiatives to better serve the health and wellness needs of the communities we serve. One of those initiatives includes the introduction of new Medicare Advantage products in six counties (Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, York) for plan year 2022. The new Medicare Advantage plans are for Individual Sales; they are not group Medicare products
These are not narrow nor tiered network plans. Members of these Capital Blue Cross and WellSpan Health Medicare Advantage plans may use WellSpan’s 2,600 providers across the region, as well as Capital’s full local and national provider network.
We issued a news release on September 8 to announce the new Medicare offerings and will soon launch a webpage with more details. Product information becomes available to the general public on October 1. Enrollment in the new plans begins on October 15.
Capital Blue Cross virtual health fair — helping your clients’ employees explore better health at any time
Capital Blue Cross’ Health Promotion and Wellness team has created a virtual health fair to raise awareness and provide information about a wide variety of important wellness topics.
The virtual health fair is a self-guided resource that members can use to navigate various wellness topics, including chronic health conditions, nutrition, preventive care, exercise, fitness, and more.
There are no time limits for the virtual health fair so members can learn at their own pace. They can also access the online fair through any device from the comfort of their office or home.
The Capital Blue Cross Health Promotion and Wellness team has begun to promote the online fair to employer groups. If you have any questions, reach out to your designated senior health education consultant.
Groups can save on two months of premiums when they add Capital Blue Cross Dental
Check out the strength of the Capital Blue Cross Dental PPO network. With more than 400,000 providers across the nation, your employees can get the dental health access they need wherever they are.
Right now, Capital Blue Cross has a special offer for new groups who sign up for medical and dental coverage, or for existing medical groups that add Capital Blue Cross Dental. Those groups will receive a holiday of one month’s dental plan premium when enrolling in dental coverage, and another when renewing that coverage. That means two months of no dental premium for the group, as a thank you from us!
