While 2020 had multiple storms that collided within the whirlwind of uncertainty brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, there is growing hope for better todays and tomorrows. However, we cannot undo what has already happened and the psychological toll of the pandemic has been heavy on our collective and individual journeys. Despite this, there are lessons learned that hold a key in moving forward with not only hope, but ways we can support and foster resilience, wellbeing and good mental health in the workplace and beyond. In this session, Dr. Diller provides a guide on the key areas in supporting our fellow colleagues and coworkers.
