Enrolling new members is easier than ever because we have a telephonic application line for our agents. How does it work? You can conference call into the line with the beneficiary and get them enrolled on the spot.

Our telephonic line has dedicated agents available to help guide the process and get your new members enrolled. Contact the broker care team at 866-488-6653, Monday— Friday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., or at brokerhelp@thehealthplan.com , for more information. And the best part? Even if you don’t have access to WiFi and Connecture you can get your new members enrolled. And since this reduces the need for paper applications, you can be sure you’re getting your enrollment recorded quickly and accurately!

Coming soon: 2022 product training!

Exciting times ahead! The annual product certification and training are coming soon. Keep an eye out for an email notifying you of the training program, which you’ll receive around July 19th, 2021. And don’t forget: we provide you a $50 discount by completing your AHIP certification through our link included in the training.

Did you know? We offer rewards for health screenings.

Geisinger Gold members can earn gift card rewards for completing an Annual Wellness Screening (AWV). An AWV is a special visit that can be completed by their primary care provider or another member of their healthcare team. Completing the AWV lets us know they would like to join the rewards program, thus making them eligible to earn a Walmart gift card for the screenings they complete. There are no copays for these screenings.
