ACA SPECIAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD 'JOB LOSS' CAMPAIGN DIGITAL KIT

We developed a comprehensive marketing campaign featuring a ‘digital kit’ that targets individuals who have recently lost their Highmark Small Group commercial coverage (likely as a result of job termination) and are now eligible for an ACA Individual or Family plan through a Special Enrollment Period (SEP). Many of these prospects have never used the marketplace to purchase their own individual insurance before and aren’t sure of who or where to go to get started. The toolkit walks them through all of their options and ensures they find the right one based on their individual and family needs.

Specifically, the messaging speaks to:

Special Enrollment Period stipulations - as they pertain to qualifying life events like job loss – AND – the dates pertaining to the COVID-19 SEP enacted by the Biden Administration that is currently open to any individual seeking health coverage
The potential for enhanced financial assistance through ACA plan options and recently, the American Rescue Plan
Highmark ACA plan option highlights
Potential alternative options like COBRA, Conversion Plans, CHIP, MA, etc.

The pieces within this ‘digital kit’ can be packaged together and distributed to Small Group clients (employers) who have indicated an employee(s) will be losing their Highmark commercial coverage or they may be utilized as individual assets.

The digital kit can be downloaded from the Producer Portal by:

Clicking the Resources tab
Look for ACA SEP Job Loss Employer Kit for Small Group Clients and Members
Select and open the applicable region's folder - WPA, NEPA, CPA, DE and WV
You can then select either FS (for-screen / digital) versions of the files or FP (print-ready)

*Please note that the appropriate version of each kit MUST be used according to region per Legal guidelines.*
