Pennsylvania Only: SEP Form

We are in the process of updating the off-exchange SEP forms and will alert you once available. The current SEP forms stating the COVID Enrollment period duration is from February 15th, 2021 through May 15th, 2021 will continue to be accepted until the new forms are available.  The SEP is set to run through August 15, 2021.
 

Delaware & West Virginia Updates

CMS Data Matching Issues (DMIs) 
The Marketplace is reporting a higher volume of missing documentation related to DMI.  When a Consumer's data does not match the information that CMS' trusted data sources have on file, they generate a data matching issue.  Consumers are then responsible for submitting additional documentation to resolve their DMI or risk losing their coverage or APTC.  Please use the link below for more information to assist  consumers with data matching issues.

COBRA Subsidy
The fully subsidized COBRA period is being offered from April 1st - September 30th.  The Marketplace determined they will offer an SEP at the end of the COBRA period.

Memorial Day Hours of Operation

• In observance of Memorial Day Highmark will be closed on Monday, May 31st. 
• The Pennie Call Center will be open 8 am to 6pm on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31st.
• In observance of Memorial Day the Marketplace will be closed on Monday, May 31st.

PA - Pennie: 
Pennie Broker Workgroup will be moving to every other month on the second Friday of the month at 11 am. 

The next meeting will be July 9th at 11 a.m.


"New" Pennie Broker Lunch & Learn Sessions will be held every third Thursday of the Month from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.. 

The first session will be held on May 20th at 12:30 p.m.
