If your employees see Geisinger doctors, they can call our hotline at 800-275-6401 for more information on telemedicine services available and schedule their visit.

Teladoc connects GHP members to board-certified, highly trained doctors who can diagnose and treat non-emergency issues right over the phone, no in-person visit needed. Remember: due to COVID-19, Teladoc cost sharing has been waived for GHP members until April 21, 2021. 

This hotline is designed to guide your employees to the proper care channels, whether that means scheduling an appointment with their PCP, stopping in at a convenient care location or heading to the emergency room. And all members have to do is show their membership card at accepting locations for their offered discounts. They can also log into their GHP member portal account to find local discounts.

When members sign into their GHP member account, check out the library of resources on preventive health screenings. That way, they’ll know which screenings, vaccinations and exams they should have at each stage of their life.
