By now, you know that our UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO SNP) plans provide great coverage and important extra benefits for our members. To help us spread the word about our SNP plans and their competitive benefits, we use direct mail. The SNP direct mail campaign is sent out to Medicare and Medicaid eligible prospects on a quarterly basis.
 
Here’s some high-level information for each mailing:

SNP Package 1—This letter highlights our $0 monthly plan premium, $0 prescription copay, and $0 PCP and specialist copays. It also mentions in-network access, our award-winning Health Care Concierge team, and the plan’s most popular extra benefits.

SNP Package 2—This letter focuses on our extra benefits including the rich allowances we offer for over-the-counter (OTC) products, healthy foods, dental, and vision.

SNP Package 3—This letter showcases our OTC and dental allowance benefits.

All SNP direct mail packages also include an insert that promotes our COVID-19 benefits.
