Announcements

Be sure your client activates their online account if they haven’t done so already. It only takes a minute, and they’ll be able to access their digital ID card, talk to a doctor 24/7 for $0, get prescription refills, and more.

Payment Deadlines Approaching! Be sure your clients’ bills are paid in order to activate coverage. Most payment deadlines have been extended to 1/31 for 1/1 coverage and 2/1 and 3/1 payment deadlines are approaching.

You can pay on behalf of your clients through the Broker Portal, or your clients can pay online through their Oscar web account or mobile app. Your clients can also pay by phone or mail.

Introducing Oscar's Culturally Competent Care Grant! Oscar has created the Culturally Competent Care Grant - to provide financial support and build relationships with organizations that are increasing access to care for underserved Communities of Color. Learn more here.

If you know of or are involved in any organizations that may be eligible, please encourage them to apply at grants@hioscar.com by February 14th.
