Reviewing your Book of Business

With AEP in our rearview mirrors for the most part, we thought it would be a good time to remind you that you can now review your book of business yourself using the Producer Portal. Below is a step-by-step process overview to review your active and inactive members.

First

Once logged into the Highmark Medicare Producer Portal, select the Reports link under the Quick Links Section.

Next

A new page will open, once opened; select the Members tab from the upper left-hand corner of the screen:

To View Active Members

Check the box stating Show Only Active
Select Search
Select Export CSV

This will create and open an Excel workbook containing your attributed members:

To View Inactive Members

Check the box stating Show Only Inactive
Select Search
Select Export CSV

This will create and open an Excel workbook containing members cancelled within the last 12 months:

To Search for Specific Members

To search for a specific member, you can utilize the First Name and Last Name search fields as shown above.

Upcoming Holiday Office Closures

In observance of the upcoming holidays, Highmark Senior Markets will be closed on the following dates:

Thursday, December 24
Friday, December 25
Friday, January 1
