As if the quality of our 2020 Medicare Advantage plans isn’t enough, here’s another great incentive for our AEP 2020 customers. To fulfill our promise to understand our customers’ needs and to work together to help them to achieve healthier, more secure lives, we are offering Cigna Medicare Advantage Incentives for HMO and PPO plans in select markets* for the third year in a row.
Eligible Cigna Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO customers can earn a $50 gift card for completing a no-cost Yearly 360 Exam between January 1, 2020 and May 31, 2020. Plus, PPO customers can get additional gift cards from ranging from $15-$50 for getting an HbA1c screening, diabetic retinal eye exam, mammogram, and/or colorectal cancer screening. All screening appointments much be completed with their provider by December 31, 2020.
It’s even easier and faster for eligible customers to participate. They can skip the postage stamp and complete their registration and submit exam forms online at CignaMedicare.com/Incentives. As a bonus, they can get health and wellness educational information on a monthly basis.
