Aetna MAPD Enrollment Plan Change Phone Number for the 2021 AEP - New Prompt Tree

For any of your Aetna MAPD clients who would like to make a change from one Aetna plan to another during the 2021 AEP, they can call the Plan Change phone number at 1-833-258-3138. The prompts are now: Press 1, Press 2, then enter zip code.   This path will connect the member to the plan change team.   The prompts have changed, effective 11/12 - please disregard prior communications that showed the prompt as: Press 2, press 1, then press 1 - again, use the prompt tree in bold, listed above.   

As a reminder, if your clients make a plan change during the 2021 AEP by calling this phone number, your NPN will remain attached to your client as the Agent of Record.
