Please review the important OEP information below. 

 

Current members will receive 2021 ID cards early

Highmark will distribute 2021 ACA Individual member ID cards for current members early this year in effort to make our members lives a little easier. Members will receive their ID cards beginning the week of November 2nd. In order to provide a positive experience and ensure members are well informed, we plan to send advanced notification regarding this effort. The notification will also include detail about their 2021 benefits. Notifications will include your name and phone number if we have record of it in Litmos. 

Members have the option to remain in their current plan for the upcoming plan year or make a change during Open Enrollment. If a member elects to remain in their current plan, they can simply remit premium by the specified due date. Please note, 2021 ID cards will indicate the plan year at the top right side.

Producer Portal Capabilities and Enhancements


The Producer Portal is a valuable online resource to get quotes, access benefit grids, check the status of applications, download electronic versions of our materials, and assist with the enrollment process. 

New for OEP: We've simplified the pathways for on and off-exchange on the New Business page.

Notes and Reminders:

 

  • Electronic versions of our new enhanced 2021 materials can now be downloaded from the "Resources" section on the Producer Portal, producer.highmark.com or the "Additional References" section in the Litmos Content Library.
    • Please note: The Western PA brochure has been revised due to an error on page 33. The most current version is available on the Producer Portal and Litmos. 
  • Training can now be accessed via our training platform, Litmos, highmark.litmos.com. Training in Litmos is encouraged, but not required. Locate the ACA Individual training modules in the "Content Library." For training assistance, contact U65TrainingCertification@highmark.com. 
  • For Pennie assistance, visit https://agency.pennie.com/broker-assister-resources/.
