2021 AEP Materials Update

Our 2021 Sales Kits are available for order through Command Direct, our fulfillment vendor. If you are designated Ready To Sell, you should receive an initial batch of Sales Kits via UPS this week. You can order more Sales Kits through Command Direct at any time. If you did not receive Sales Kits, please contact our Medicare Sales Coordinator.

2021 marketing materials are now available. You can download select materials and can order copies of all materials. If requested, materials in other languages can be created.

Note: Command Direct prints and fulfills requests for HPM Sales Kits and marketing materials. You cannot order materials through other fulfillment vendors.

Connecture Training

HPP will hold a training and demo of Connecture, an online enrollment and sales tool, on Tuesday, October 6 at 10 a.m. Click here to register for Connecture training.

Get certified to sell our 2021 Medicare Advantage plans today! If you have an account with HPP, you can begin 2021 certification now.

2. Get Approved: After your registration is submitted, it will be reviewed by our team. Upon approval, you will receive an email with your credentials and additional instructions.

3. Complete Certification: Get certified and start selling!
