We’ve simplified our Certificate e-Delivery process. Now your clients can consent to e-Delivery when they apply for insurance from Foresters Financial™.

•		For paper applications on all available products, the Owner can opt in to e-Delivery by completing the new Consent for Electronic Delivery of Insurance Contract and Related Documents form now included as part of the application bundle. Or download the standalone form from ezbiz.
•		For iPipeline iGO e-App, the Owner can consent to e-Delivery during the e-Signature process.
•		For PlanRight Apptical LiveApp¹ applications, Apptical will ask the Owner if they want the certificate delivered by secure email or mail during the Personal Health Interview (PHI).²
•		e-Delivery is now also available when the Owner and Insured are different for both paper and e-App. For PlanRight Apptical LiveApp, the Owner and Insured must be the same individual.
