HIGHMARK 2021 AEP Enrollment Kit Ordering Now Available

Ordering for Highmark's 2021 AEP Enrollment Kits is now available on ShopPRO! Please review the important information below in regard to timeframes and initial orders:
 

• Enrollment Kits can be ordered on ShopPRO, accessed through the Producer Portal (click here.) To access ShopPRO from the Portal, select the New Business - Medicare tab, and then from the Dashboard select the Order Supplies - Over 65 quick link:

• To receive your enrollment kits by October 1st, your order must be placed by September 21st.
• After AEP begins, there will be a one-week turnaround time from the date an enrollment kit order is placed to when it is delivered.
• Highmark recommends you only order sufficient enrollment kits for the first few weeks of AEP.
• 2021 Star Ratings will be released mid-October and must be replaced in any enrollment kits you have on hand.
• Provider Directories and Formularies will not be shipped automatically; both items can be ordered on ShopPRO in the "Plan Information" section.
• NOTE: Product Roadmaps will be available by the end of the week.
