Ordering Sales Kits and Marketing Materials

You can order HPM sales kits and other marketing materials through Command Direct, our fulfillment vendor (link has been updated). Sales kits and other materials are available in English and Spanish.
Note: Command Direct prints and fulfills requests for HPM Sales Kits and marketing materials. You cannot order materials through other fulfillment vendors.
If you have already completed your HPM Certification, your email is registered. Click “forgot password” to create a password for your account.

Register: New to selling Health Partners Medicare? You must register with HPP Broker University before you begin certification. Click here to register.
Get Approved: After your registration is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved by our Medicare Sales Coordinator. Upon approval, you will receive an email with your credentials, instructions and a link to training and certification.
