For APS assistance, call our expanded APS phone line
The APS Solutions Center Team is your dedicated customer care team at ExamOne for APS products. They handle all day-to-day customer service questions and issues related to authorizations, cancellations, missing information, images and status inquiries.
 
This group will act as a clearing house for all standard questions or concerns so please direct all requests to them. They are available Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (CST).

COVID-19 updates
Our medical professionals are required to wear full personal protective equipment including face shields during the exam. If state or local authorities require facial protection, applicants will be required to wear a face mask during the exam.
 
Examiners have been instructed to follow the employee protocol under the Company-wide COVID-19 employee policy. Examiners must not report to work if they have any symptoms or signs of illness, regardless of whether they are related to COVID-19. If they exhibit symptoms, we are updating the isolation time from 14 days to 10-14 days based on CDC guidelines.

Hannover Re worked with ExamOne on a collaborative study to validate LabPiQture’s value to the underwriting process and evaluate its potential application in accelerated and automated underwriting programs.
 
Based on Hannover Re’s analysis, LabPiQture’s value in underwriting goes beyond protective value and lower mortality. LabPiQture has the potential to enable carriers to accelerate more of the right cases by providing both positive and negative signals for the underwriting triage decision.
