It’s no secret that we should all be doing our part to minimize in-person contact and maintain physical distancing whenever possible. But we also know that when it comes to enrolling new members and helping existing members renew with Geisinger Gold, there’s nothing like face-to-face interaction. If there’s one certain thing about these uncertain times, it’s that this new normal has made challenges for us all.

That’s where Connecture comes in. Connecture is our electronic enrollment platform that gives you, our dedicated Geisinger Gold brokers, the ability to track your progress with your clients—virtually. While you will be responsible for setting up a Skype or Zoom meeting with your client, everything you do during your sale is documented through Connecture, including your progress with a client and their application. What does this mean for doing business?
