Our tele-sales process is getting even easier!

Enhancements to the Apptical LiveApp Voice application process for S.USA New Vista® Final Expense plans will make the process faster and smoother, starting August 10, 2020.

Please finalize any pending applications by Sunday, August 9th as all pending voice applications will be withdrawn when the system is updated Sunday evening.

Starting Monday, August 10, the New Vista Voice process will:

· Allow for replacements on remote sales!

· No longer require the agent to email the disclosures! Instead, the delivery process is built into LiveApp and will send the required documents via email or text message to the client.

· Offer a more streamlined, shorter telephone interview with Apptical!

· Include 2 additional states, DC & DE (Maine will no longer be available by telesales)
