Technical updates
We've been making rapid updates and enhancements to our digital application platform and will continue every few weeks.
Secured agency emails: We will send emails securely using the email subject header ‘LGASecure’. Our security vendor 'Forcepoint' will allow the messages to be opened after a one-time authentication process is completed. The following agency and client emails that have been set in preferences will be sent in a secure format:
- Initial application email
- Final reminder application email
- Final Decision - Approved OTAF
- Final Decision - Decline
- Final Decision - Postpone
- Final Decision - Incomplete
Status feed compatibility: Some agencies were reporting issues when accessing digital application status feeds on the Partner Dashboard and were receiving a 404 error. This issue should now be resolved.
While the platform is supported in most modern web browsers, we encourage you to use Chrome over Internet Explorer.
