New E-app process goes live on Monday, August 3rd, 2020!

A new enhancement to the Apptical LiveApp E-Application for S.USA New Vista® Final Expense plans will make the process faster and more secure, starting August 3, 2020. Please finalize any pending applications by Sunday, August 2nd as all pending applications will be withdrawn.

You will use AppticalMobile to scan a copy of your applicant’s Driver’s License or Photo ID card for identification capture to accompany the E-application. This will expedite the application process and help to reduce common mistakes when entering client data. A copy of the ID card will also be stored with the application.

Effective September 1st, 2020, ID capture will be a requirement for every E-application. If your client does not have a State issued photo ID, you will need to use another application type.

This revised process will support face-to-face sales using either a Laptop PC or tablet along with the AppticalMobile app on your smartphone or tablet. This is available through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by searching “appticalmobile.” Your login for AppticalMobile is the same as your LiveApp web portal login.

**Agents that already have LiveApp AppticalMobile installed will need to run an update when they start using it for IDCapture.
