Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, many members have had to delay things like routine dental care. It's why United Concordia Dental will be issuing premium refunds to our valued customers.

Pending regulatory approval, United Concordia will refund 50% of an average monthly dental premium payment. Once approved, refunds will be issued to eligible fully insured clients in August.

United Concordia is required to notify clients prior to issuing actual refunds. So, the week of July 27, we'll mail postcards notifying small groups (under 100 enrolled) about their August refunds. At that same time, account representatives will notify large groups (100+ enrolled) by email.

Throughout the pandemic, we've remained focused on supporting our customers and delivering a safe and remarkable dental health experience. This is refund is simply another way we can assist our customers during this difficult time.
