Thank you to all who have joined today's ILI Distribution & Sales All Field Call. As discussed, we announced a few important product updates, inclusive of product reintroductions and suspensions.

We are pleased to announce that we are reinstating the 30-year duration on the newly priced Term Essential and Term Elite. We are also expanding our living benefit suite, and Survivorship BenefitAccess Rider will now be available on SVUL Protector.  

After careful consideration, effective July 13, 2020, we’ve made the decision to suspend new sales of UL Protector.  

Lastly, due to an issue with the product pricing construct in NY, we are suspending sales of SVUL Protector in that state and will not accept applications dated after July 19, 2020. We are actively working to resolve this issue and will notify our distribution partners as soon as we can reintroduce it for sale. 

We are sharing a preview of the UL Protector external communication that will be sent out in Life Essentials on Monday, July 6, to notify our distribution partners of this product update. You can also leverage the UL Protector New Business Deadlines for additional information.
