Lock-In Current Rates: Applications signed and dated before August 1, 2020, and received by August 10, 2020, will be issued at the current rates prior to this premium increase.

In-Force Policies: Beginning August 1, 2020, the rate increase will be applied to in-force policies on the next premium due date. Policyholders will be notified via mail in accordance with the state-required notification period.
