- Please be aware that 2023-24 MCARE surcharge letters and invoices were e-mailed on March 4, 2024.
- They were sent to the Nursing Home Administrator on file (the individual that holds the password agreement).
- They were sent from DeCarmine-Bender, Maria.
- I have confirmation that all the invoices were delivered. There are no outstanding undelivered invoices.
- If you haven’t received your email, check your spam/junk folder before calling.
- The amount due was calculated with the facility’s bed count as of December 31, 2023.
- Payments are due by June 1, 2024, but please send them in as soon as possible.
- Please include a copy of the invoice with your check.
- Please add the facility license number and reference Act 52 on the check.
- Please do not send a duplicate check without talking to me first.
