In response to ongoing customer feedback, we are expanding our premium payment options. Customers will continue to have the option to pay their initial premium by credit card at no cost. In addition, they will now be able to pay their additional premiums by credit card. For the convenience of our customers, we accept both MasterCard and Visa.
The payment of additional premiums, either quarterly, semi-annual, or annual can be paid for via our customer portal, www.MySBLI.com. If these transactions are paid for by credit card; they will be charged a convenience fee by a 3rd party payment processor of $3.95 for each policy premium, which is common with this method of payment. All other forms of premium payment continue to be available at no additional cost including EFT or check.
