Earn more with VBE – Now available with e-Kits

You can now offer the value-based enrollment (VBE) option to your clients after they enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan using an e-Kit through the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app.

How does it work? You send an e-kit to your client via email through the Ascend app to enroll in a plan. After your client enrolls, they'll land on the confirmation page and see the VBE response options. If your client initiates a VBE, you'll earn a service fee of up to $50. Download our flyer to learn more about e-Kits and VBE.

New Ascend enhancements: Do even more with the app

Send a pre-filled application to your client to sign

It's easy! Just fill out an enrollment application on behalf of your client using the Ascend app. Then, send the completed application to your client to review, sign and submit. Click here to learn more.

Check to see if your client qualifies for Extra Help

In addition to looking up your clients' pharmacy and drugs, you can now also check if they're eligible for Extra Help in the app. To see if your client qualifies, just enter their information on the Extra Help tab and click 'Check.'

Avoid delays by checking your client's MBI number

Now, through the Ascend app, you can verify that your client’s Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) number is correct. This new feature will help you submit your clients' enrollment applications more efficiently, without delays. The Medicare number is a CMS-assigned number that can be found on your client's Medicare card and it’s required to include when submitting an application.

Get the RATE tool on your Windows devices

The Remote Agent Telephonic Enrollment (RATE) tool allows you to obtain a complete, compliant enrollment entirely by phone through the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app. Now, in addition to iPad devices, you can use the RATE tool with any Windows-based device. Just download the Ascend app on your device and make sure your microphone is turned on. Download our flyer for more info.
