Kansas City Life Group Benefits is extending the renewal rate holds for clients renewing coverage through Oct. 1, 2020. Groups that renew through Oct. 1 will not be receiving a renewal increase. Policies renewing during this time frame will retain their plan anniversary month and will be reviewed in 2021.

The lone exception remains our dental clients in the state of Washington. We will still be processing renewals as is required by the Washington state mandates.
