Update
Product Changes Effective 4/25/20
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've seen
great shifts in our industry. Ranging from state-issued,
shelter-in-place orders and other mandates to swift regulatory
changes, these shifts require agile solutions. To balance the
needs of agents, customers, members and our organization, we are
making temporary changes to some of our products and processes.
Simplified Issue Whole Life (SIWL) & Graded Death Benefit
(GDB):
- A simple
four-question supplemental questionnaire, to be
completed along with the application for insurance, is
required. It can be downloaded from the Agent Portal or ordered
through Sales Support.
- If you use the
e-App or voice signature process, the supplemental questions
will be updated automatically (you will not need to use the
printed supplemental form).
- Graded Death
Benefit – is suspended temporarily and not available
after 4/24/20.
- Applicant Age
Range – sales to individuals 81+ years of age are suspended
temporarily, and not available after 4/24/20.
Single Premium Whole Life:
- A simple
four-question supplemental questionnaire, to be
completed along with the application for insurance, is
required. It can be downloaded from the Agent Portal or ordered
through Sales Support.
