COVID-19 Updates
As the health of
you and our members remains our top priority, we want to keep you updated
on news from UnitedHealth Group and the resources we have available to
you, our members and others during the COVID-19 crisis. New this week, we
have information about the COVID-19 Jarvis
page, the refreshed consumer Health and Wellness site and
UnitedHealthcare provider funding support.
Important Reminder: New Base Contract
Beginning April
3, 2020, and continuing through May, UnitedHealthcare began sending new
base contracts in an email from UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions
Contracting. The new consolidated contract incorporates all contract
changes incorporated in recent years by amendments, and contains minor
changes to clarify terms.
If you have
received the new Base Contract, and you haven’t done so, please take the
time to review and sign the updated contract remotely using DocuSign®
within 30 days of receipt.
Remember to
check your spam folder throughout April and May if you do not see an
email with the new contract.
Coming Soon! Your Newest Tool: Jarvis Notification Center
To provide you
with more one-stop-shop features, Jarvis
will soon provide tailored notifications from your Jarvis homepage.
These notifications will alert you to communications individualized for
your market, your state or your unique content. Watch for an email with
complete details on Monday, April 20.
