Lower the likelihood of a Refer decision by ensuring that the information entered on the e-App is accurate (SSN, address, DOB, etc.). Verify all fields before you submit.



	Signing parties Remember that all signing parties must have their own email addresses to electronically sign documents and receive emails.



	Payor is the account holder The payor must be an account holder of the bank account from which the premium will be drafted.



	Browser compatibility The iPipeline iGO e-App is only available on desktop or laptop using Internet Explorer or on Apple iPad^® using Safari.
