This new feature replaces the phone interview, allowing clients to answer their lifestyle and medical history questions online in the comfort and privacy of their own home, or right in your office.
What does it mean for you and your clients? Available on any electronic device, clients now receive a link to the lifestyle and medical history questionnaire via email. Using an interactive and intuitive interface, it typically takes between 15-20 minutes to complete depending on your client’s lifestyle and medical history.
