Not using eDelivery? Here are some alternatives:
1. Download policies from the Partner Dashboard
You can download your clients' policy by going to the Partner Dashboard, navigate to the Documents tab and click on Issued Policy Print. Email files to your producers/clients.
3. Customers can call to set up EFT payments over the phone
If customers want to complete the EFT authorization over the phone, they can call 800-638-8428 to reach Banner Life or 800-346-4773 to reach William Penn.
