When completing an SIWL
application with your clients, please remember to complete
the following:
1. Fully complete the Agent's Report section. This
will help in verifying the identity of your client in order
to avoid violations of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and
Know Your Client regulations.
2. Insert or state the name of the financial
institution for use on the EFT authorization form. This
will help with premium withdraws and account verification.

Neighbors, and (2) Purchase an Annuity Certificate or be the
insured under a Life Insurance Certificate by Royal Neighbors.
