We are pleased to announce a “Small Group Affordable Care Act (ACA) New Business Incentive Program” in western Pennsylvania. The program will allow us to partner with producers to achieve the mutual goal of growing our business.
About the Program
Producers who write new business in the Small Group ACA market for any of the products listed below with effective dates of January 1, 2020 through March 1, 2020 will receive this additional incentive.

Program Details
This incentive applies to all western Pennsylvania Small Group ACA new to Highmark clients. A one-time incentive will be paid in a lump sum within 90 days of sale (provided contract is signed/premium received).

Incentive Terms and Conditions

This incentive applies to Small Group ACA market only.

This incentive applies to new business only for groups with at least two or more enrolled contracts.

This incentive does not apply to any existing business.

This incentive will apply to all new business that has already been sold with a January 1, 2020 effective date prior to this notification.

There is not a payout cap for this program.

This incentive is contingent upon received and applied payment from the client.

Highmark reserves the right to recoup the incentive if the group cancels before their next renewal date, or if the business does not remain in place for one full year.
