Cybersecurity —
Secure Emails
|
Secure email is best for
sending confidential information like signed applications
or amendments. You can send secure email through the
Agent Portal in two ways:
1. The Contact Us section
in the lower-left corner on the homepage now has an
option for sending secure emails.
2. Click your name in the top-right section of the
window. A drop-down menu will appear, and you will find
an option to send secure emails.
Please note that using the salessupport@royalneighbors.org
is not the same as sending a secure email.

1. Please be sure to use
the correct email address when filling out applications
with your client.
2.
We are now accepting e-applications for our Simplified
Issue Whole Life (SIWL) product. Please note that placement
of the applicant's signature by anyone other than the
proposed insured is considered fraud.
3. Electronic signatures are as legally binding as
physical signatures. The insured must be present when
completing and signing the application.
