In the spirit of the holidays, Highmark has set aside a charitable donation on behalf of each of our current Medicare Advantage members. Please review the information below to ensure your clients are taking advantage of this amazing opportunity to help the community! Each current member should have received a flier last week with information about the campaign and a unique identifier to make their donation selection online for one of the three charities below: 

• Feeding America
• Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs
• Habitat for Humanity

Members also have the option to call us at 1-844-363-2386 to make their selection. In addition to the flier, a prepaid postcard allowing members to "pass it on" and express gratitude toward a loved one is included.

Applications can also be downloaded under "Resources" on the Portal. 

Supplies can be ordered online via ShopPRO, 
accessed through the Portal.
