The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released Highmark’s 2020 Medicare Star Ratings earlier this month. We are pleased to announce that our Community Blue Medicare PPO and Freedom Blue PPO plans in Pennsylvania obtained a Star Rating of 4.5! 

This is the 7th consecutive year that our Security Blue HMO product has been rated 4 Stars or higher. It is also the 6th consecutive year that our Freedom Blue PPO products in PA have received at least a 4 Star rating. Our Star Ratings performance reflects our commitment and ongoing investment to improve the health care experience for our members.

Freedom Blue PPO WV: 3.5 Star Rating
Blue RX PDP: 4 Star Rating

* Please ensure that the current Star Ratings contained in your enrollment kits are up-to-date. If you previously ordered enrollment kits, we will be mailing you copies of the new Star Ratings. Any kits ordered on 10/25/19 or later, will contain the new ratings and will not require any updates.
