Securely Process Applications this Annual Enrollment
Season
We
all have an obligation to safeguard client information and that includes
Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information
(PII) and financial account data.
This
means that PHI, PII and financial account data, such as credit card
information, should never be emailed. That is why EnvisionInsurance
provides an easy online application process through our broker portal
that is safe and secure for you and your clients.
If
you enrolled a client online and realize an error was made, such as an
incorrect date of birth or MBI number, you can call Broker Support to
give clarifying information or updates. You may also fax these changes,
along with an explanation, to our secure fax line. Sending this type of
information through an insecure email is prohibited by our Security
Office and Compliance Department.
If you need to
change a client’s credit card billing information, you must fax this to
our secure fax line. Broker Support is unable to take credit card
information by phone or email. The member may also call Customer Care
at 866-250-2005
or use their secure member portal to make these changes.
